Recruitment Automation Repair: Infectious Disease Alliance

The Wix to Google Sheets recruitment automation had been broken for 4+ months, leaving HR unsure which applications had arrived. I traced the cause to unsaved manual edits breaking column-header matching, then fixed the system rather than the symptom.

Tools: Wix Automations · Google Sheets · Loom

  • Remapped the automation, corrected timestamp columns, and built a filtered applicants tab HR could act on immediately
  • Added cell-level formula protections and a source/working-tab split so the break could not recur
  • Recorded a Loom walkthrough so HR could run it themselves

  • Built real-time subscribe automation plus an unsubscribe webhook syncing Brevo, Google Sheets and Wix
